Youth Advisory Council: The Youth Advisory Council empowers youth ages 15–24, to take on leadership roles, influence community decisions and drive positive change through events, advocacy, and creative expression. Meeting twice a month, the council provides a platform for youth voices to be heard, supported, and informed. It’s our shared responsibility to equip young leaders with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.

Cultural Exchange Through Soccer: CETS empowers youth through soccer, using the sport as a tool for leadership, cultural exchange, and community building. Through programs like Youth Leaders, Women’s Group, Skill Builders, and Youth Squad, CETS empowers and hosting the annual Worcester World Cup, CETS fosters personal growth, inclusivity, and social connection, planting seeds for a more united and vibrant future.

Youth Employment: Each summer, Worcester Community Action Council, places teens and young adults at our organization through the YouthWorks employment program. While employed, youth build professional, community development and communication skills. Furthermore. they will enhance their teamwork skills, time management, and engage in leadership development .
